    We met the owner Matt in April at a local home show when we were thinking about a sunroom. He came to our house aftyer we called him a few weeks later, designing the room with us. He came back in a week with a detailedpicture of the cost...with discounts if we signed then. We did. He said he could have it started in late August with a completion daste in September. he instead was able to begin in late July and they were finished within two weeks. The workers were excellent, personable and trustworthy. Matt was by reqularly to check with us and confer with the workmen. Thorough consideration to our needs.     I will start out by saying, I wish there were more start to describe my experience in working with Rosado Custom Homes and Victor. We recently bought a single family home and worked with Victor and his team to add/repair/upgrade a bunch of things in the house before we moved in. Here are a few things I want to highlight about that experience: 1. Super-responsive: Victor was super-responsive right from the first email I sent him to request a quote. He always responded promptly to all my questions. 2. Timely: The project was completed in a very timely fashion. I had heard of many horror stories from others about delays and we were already working on a tight timeline. Victor and team completed the work within the agreed upon timeframe. 3. Knowledgeable: Victor helped us in making several decisions regarding the repairs/additions. He is super knowledgeable and made several suggestions along the way that helped us do things the "right" and most efficient way. 4.     We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman's terms. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #'s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. They were no nonsense, very focused and, worked like a well oiled machine. All Vista team members were polite and respectful of my special request to be cognizant around some of my more cherished trees & shrubs. Vista was fastidious in their care for my home and lawn, not one speck of debris was left behind. Vista, the installation crew, company representatives, everyone, exceeded our expectations. New ceiling, walls, and flooring, fanlight with duct work to roof, sealing existing leaks on roof, upgrading electrical, replacing and repositioning plumbing as needed, installing tub/shower, vanity and top, medicine cabinet, lights, door, trim, and all hardware. Dave replaced the existing window with a larger one, and new trim inside and out. And he did this all himself. I can't say enough good things.
