He was great. He is very friendly and a very good person. His father has worked in this family home for a long time. Steve took over for him.

Ron Perry designed a sound structure, and paid special attention to master finish work. The mantel he designed for us is a piece of art. He tied the addition into our existing house beautifully, making the addition fabulous both inside and out.

We met the owner Matt in April at a local home show when we were thinking about a sunroom. He came to our house aftyer we called him a few weeks later, designing the room with us. He came back in a week with a detailedpicture of the cost...with discounts if we signed then. We did. He said he could have it started in late August with a completion daste in September. he instead was able to begin in late July and they were finished within two weeks. The workers were excellent, personable and trustworthy. Matt was by reqularly to check with us and confer with the workmen. Thorough consideration to our needs. Called about two minor problems (a cracked brick and a ripped screen) and they were back in a few days to fix them.

They are one of the best stone people I have ever come across. They did such a good job on a wall and a patio, I hired them to cut my lawn and weed eat. They also put the fertilizer on. They are a great company. I designed it three or four times. I wanted it exactly how I wanted it, and they did it. Mr. Heinze said it was one of the best patios he ever put in. He will tell you if you can get a job done cheaper. They are very honest people.

DO NOT USE C&S REMODELING, 265 Prospect Street Apartment 4, Willimantic, CT 06226, (860) 906-7051, Chad Saba, Owner!!! You will be sorry!! This room has been nothing but a nightmare since it was built in 2008!! Approximately 1 year after completion, we developed a leak in the roof which in turn damaged the ceiling. When we called Mr. Saba, we were told by him that there was nothing he could do since the job was completed 12 months prior. We ended up hiring a local roofer who stripped the roof and re-shingled, but the roof continued to leak. We hired a different roofer who stripped the roof again, as well as removed several inches of siding from where the addition meets the side of the house. This roofer discovered that the addition was not properly attached to the house!! There was a gap between the house and addition of about 1/2" that was not flashed and only covered by the roof shingles! We also learned from this new roofer that the room was not properly vented at the peak, and from the peak down to the soffit. After finally getting that leak fixed, we developed a new leak in 2011 over the front door. We dealt with that leak for 3 years, going through about 3 different roofers again before it was finally fixed. Fast forward to the winter of 2014-2015...we noticed black mold coming up through the laminate flooring in the same room!! We had a local general contractor come to check it out and he determined that the front door to the room is not flashed and because Mr. Saba built the threshold of the door flush to the deck of the porch, rain and snow melt have leaked under the threshold and into the insulation under the flooring. The new contractor also determined that Mr. Saba did not pour enough support tubes under the addition and the entire room has begun to tilt because the existing tubes are sinking. That explains why the front door to the room no longer stays open where you want slowly continues opening all the way to the wall. Also, because the room is starting to lean, the baseboard trim has begun to move away from being flush to the floor, and the windows in the bay window are becoming uneven. We now have to pay this new contractor to pour more support tubes and install a concrete faux foundation around outside of the room, build us new front and back steps/entry ways, and remove and replace mold damaged flooring. With the money we have spent on all the repairs to this room we could have put another addition on the house! I can only hope that Mr. Saba sees this review and realizes what a nightmare his shoddy work has caused us. This room has been nothing but a money pit!
