"Mr Guzman was a delight to communicate with, thorough and knowledgeable at explaining what was needed. We were getting moisture in the front wall of our house that was not solved by a patching job done by another roofer. We had a new roof and new gutters installed plus chimney pointing and a cricket installed behind the chimney. The roof looks beautiful and we now have copper flashing around the chimney. Quality was excellent! Neighbors are already asking me for Mr Guzman s contact info!!!! The team was hard working and very polite and worked together very well. They left the property cleaner than it was before they came! Two workers even waited after everyone else had left for me to get paint with which they then touched up our shingles! Couldn t be more pleased! Highly recommend them!!!!"

"George agreed to do my job, which was small, so that was a blessing since most contractors are not interested in small jobs. His guy did a great job replacing 2 damaged gutters. However, a longer **drip shield** was needed, which was not mentioned or installed. George states this is not part of the gutter, so they created a solution. He offered to come back and fix the problem (for free), but it has been 3 months and I have still got brand new leaky gutters."
