The technicians who came to my house were friendly and professional, but the real issue lies with their so-called "project manager" Danielle and the rest of the company. The work was incomplete, and when I requested an invoice and pictures, I received the pictures immediately but had to wait days for the invoice. When it finally came, it was clearly doctored?showing work that wasn't completed and pricing that didn?t match what I was told. I had to call them five times to speak with her, who was unhelpful and clearly didn't know how to do her job.
