"The service was great. They gave a lot of really helpful suggestions. They replaced our bulbs with low energy bulbs. They put in weather stripping in areas needed as well. They were great to work with. They gave a detailed report on how to lower our energy usage."

"The whole thing went great. Clean, professional, explained everything! Now we have them service it as well."

"We lost our hot water.  We had no idea what was wrong and at first neither did Taylor energy, but they kept coming back (in a very timely manner) and trying to fix it.  When all was said and done they did a great job, quickly.  They were very considerate to our plight and they were very fair in their pricing of what was fixed.  We have used them ever since we bought our house and have, to this date, always been happy with their services."

"They are in the process of sending out an engineer"

"They did an excellent assessment, were good listeners for our goals, gave us updates as to when the custom windows would arrive, installed promptly and expertly respecting our time limits due to our children's nap schedule, cleaned up, communicated with us through the installation, and we have had reductions in our energy bill since the installation.
