"I didn't know Billy would use a grout that absorbs wayer when I hired him. I called him and asked if he would come back and seal it at no extra charge. He didn't agree to that. He said it will only absorb 5% of the water and it's anti microbial. 5% of a 7-10 minute shower is a lot of water. Also, what's behind the grout is not anti microbial. I'm dissatisfied with the work. He shoukd have told me what he was going to use so I could have made an informed decision. He should have used an epoxy grout."

But I think it really hit my family and I when we adopted a dog who was neglected and we were worried because he doesn’t let anyone pet or touch him, he is scared of humans in general. Their first and ongoing interactions with my adopted dog has been beyond amazing. He feels safe even when they are cleaning and this is a dog that is scared of someone just petting him. The women are amazing and my family and I can’t say enough good things about them and this company as a whole. In the type of person that wont trust someone if my dog(s) dont trust that person and my dogs beyond love this crew. There are times I wonder where they are, just for them to be getting rubs by the women. 10/10"
