"Oscar was prompt, honest and did an excellent job cleaning my fireplace. He was also going to clean my gutters, but after checking them, let me know that they did not need to be serviced yet. I appreciated that he did not try to charge me for unnecessary work and was impressed with the work he did. I would definitely use him again."

"Spoke to CS rep Amanda twice, said, "make sure the guys know that I got a wood-burning fireplace insert (wood-burning stove) ". She acknowledged by saying "of course the do". Surprise! - "Amanda doesn't tell us nothing" is the response from the guys when they showed up. They did the work, made recommendations. The are a bit expensive (it's prolly season related) - $180 for cleaning. Would hire again, but would like to shop around for cheaper prices."

"The workers and office staff were easy to talk to, well informed, courteous , and efficient. They performed a thorough inspection. Recommended and installed a stainless liner and cap for the furnace flue and a new damper on the fireplace flue. Their price was better than previous quotes and even set up a partial payment plan. I am very pleased with the work they did."
