When I do either, it's to praise the person or the business on their service or to call attention to any faults I've noticed. I needed to schedule an appointment with Tradewind Irrigation LLC setup my system for the winter. I made a phone appointment with someone. The man promptly gave me choices for an appointment and was professional and informed. When the technician arrived, I was surprised to see that it was the same person who had assisted me over the phone. Eric called to check in with me before starting the operation where he introduced himself. He was courteous, friendly, as well as professional.
