"Both the customer service and the window cleaning skills were excellent. The results of the window cleaning made the windows look as good as new and the it feels very good having clean windows to look through. "The owner came with his 4-person crew, and once they estimated the job, and we agreed on a price, they set straight to work. Two crew members worked cleaning the interior windows, and two worked on the exterior and deck. We have a LOT of windows, so it was a big job. Overall the windows look great and the deck looks fantastic. Because, this operation does come with staff, compared to some of the 1-2 person operations out there, there prices are bit higher, but they do very good work, quickly. Overall, very pleased with the job they performed."

"Carlos was very great to work with. Was flexible with scheduling and did impeccable work. My windows are spotless! He was also able to have the entire interior of the house cleaned. Highly recommend Carlos for both window cleaning and interior cleaning services."

"Fernando and his team did a complete gut renovation of a full bathroom in my East Rock Victorian in 2021. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and the quality of work. He coached me through picking out tile, vanity, lighting and fixtures and I was thrilled with the final result. His crew cleaned up every night - above and beyond what any other contractor would do. Months later, water leaked from an old bathroom upstairs to the new bathroom below and Fernando showed up immediately to inspect and repair."

"Martin and his crew completed ten very involved projects for us today. We are very pleased with the work as it was done in a very professional manner. Martin indicated they could complete the jobs in one day and they accomplished this. The jobs involved power washing, painting, repair of towel bar, grouting, fixing hinges on a door, repair of garage door frame and cleaning of spindles on the porch. We told Martin that we were very happy with the results and would call him in the future for other projects that might be needed. Richard Huckstadt 5/19/26."

"M experience with Health First Cleaning was great! I hired them to clean my basement post home renovation. It was a real mess! Marlen, the owner, assured me her crew could manage it. They exceeded my expectations! 11/10!"

"I recently had New England Shine soft wash my entire house, gutters included, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My home looks brand new. Every trace of grime, mildew, and buildup is gone. Beyond the incredible work, the owner made the whole experience a pleasure. He’s genuinely down to earth, easy to talk to, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. He gave me a great price without ever cutting corners on quality, which is hard to find these days. I’m already planning to have him back in the next few months, and I’m especially looking forward to their deionized water window cleaning next, from everything I’ve heard, it leaves windows completely spot-free. If you’re looking for a soft washing company that’s professional, fairly priced, and run by someone who actually cares about their customers, New England Shine is it. Highly recommend!"
