Louis was supposed to remove the tree and grind down the stump. Left the stump and said he would be back to finish the job. Multiple calls to find out that his machine was broken and no firm commitment to when it would be fixed. Had to get someone else to finish the job.

The job was to remove two leaf piles, they removed the pile in the front of the house and left the pile on the side of the house. Also I requested a certificate of insurance and was told no problem it never came. The bill came for the full amount which I negotiated to a bit less than half.
