Carlos was very good to deal with: straightforward, fair, friendly, and punctual. Life would be much easier if everyone was like that. He and his team did an excellent job, too. Got a lot of friable asbestos pipe insulation out of our basement. Job went quickly, he showed photo documentation of the process, the inspection passed without a hitch, and the place looked great afterwards. Quote was the best of anyone's. Would recommend highly.

They were the first to contact us back for an estimate, the first to come out (same day as we contacted them), the best price, the first to send a written contract. It took a couple weeks before we were able to negotiate with our buyers to get things settled, and they again responded immediately to our call to schedule the removal of insulation. Then they were willing to push the job back a couple days (to start Dec 30th/31st) as the closing was delayed. They completed the job, sent the air certification and did everything on schedule. Highly recommend for any project!!!

We asked Orellana Construction to remove insulation and flooring from an attic. They did a superb job and were very respectful of the living area of the house. There was no evidence that they were at the house after they completed the project. Insulation samples (for a vermiculite claim), before and after photos, and air quality test results were provided. Carlos is a real professional, respectful, cooperative and easy to work with. His estimate was also the best of six, and the work was accomplished as scheduled. Jesus, his office assistant/coordinator, was particularly notable in his friendly manner and prompt and thorough communications throughout the project. I have already recommended Orellana to others with similar needs. It was a pleasure to work with professionals--well done, Orellana Construction!
