"Stairs are okay but they charged me in full before project start because they couldn't invoice me for just the deposit. Then Pushed me to carpet them instead of drywalling the closet portion cuz they saved and reused the wood panels that weren't supposed to line up because I wanted the stairs completely rebuilt not just wider boards slapped on top. I had no choice of carpet some subcontractor showed up and installed medium pile light gray carpet and the owner or supervisor for Navarro only was there to start even tho her guys could not speak English to communicate with me she was supposed to return to check the work and she never did, when I called it sounded like she was at social hour with friends and didn't care cuz she already got her money. Haven't seen her or heard from her since and I've fallen down the stairs 3 times due to the carpet they had installed witch can't be removed without the staris looking like a horrible mismatch of old and new wood which defeats the whole point."

"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."

Stucco applied over brick can last 30 to 50 years or more when correctly applied and properly maintained. Stucco’s lifespan can be shortened by improper application, incorrectly mixed material, lack of preparation before application, and lack of maintenance. No, stucco siding tends to be more expensive than vinyl siding. While the materials for stucco are less costly, the labor-intensive application process increases the total project budget. If you're comparing stucco versus vinyl siding based on cost alone, vinyl siding would be the winner there. In terms of longevity, on the other hand, stucco lasts for around 50 years, 10 to 30 years longer than vinyl siding, making it a better long-term investment.

You can apply stucco to wood by wrapping it with grade D waterproof paper, installing trim accessories such as metal lath, control joints, weep screeds, casing beads, and expansion joints, and applying the stucco in three layers. You’ll need a scratch coat, brown coat, and finish coat, all applied with a trowel and screeded with a darby or straight edge. Each should cure for two days before you apply the next one.
