"Great. Mike was thorough, efficient, and listened carefully. He was very interested in figuring out what was wrong. My fireplace had been shutting off intermittently. Mike checked all very carefully, downloaded the instruction manual for my system, and we decided to see if his cleaning and realigning solved the problem. So far it has. If not, I will certainly ask for him to return and replace the suspected bad part. All in all, highly recommended."

"Chimney experts was very professional in both scheduling and the job. Al was very thorough to not only look at the chimney, but also to stay with me until we had fully built a fire and had it burning long enough to run a full test of the appliance. "All the projects I wanted completed were done in a day, and the owner even helped me tighten up a bistro set I had put together. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Since I am a single woman it is important to me to be able to have someone in my house that I feel comfortable being there, and this was definitely the case with the owner, Luigi and his father.
