I had 5 different roofing and repair companies come out, and each one said that the flashing on the chimney was terribly done, using a sealant instead of metal step flashing as is standard. I called back Chimney and Duct Experts and spoke with a supervisor. He agreed to come and redo the flashing, but insisted that fully rebuilding the flashing is only done when you get a new roof. Ended up being incorrectly done again, and I'll have to pay someone now to fix it correctly."

Over the last month I have repeatedly called, texted and emailed and I've been getting the runaround. I paid them $10,000 for a chimney and an $800 wood stove and installation which is excessive. That is my error into agreeing to it. And now I'm not even sure that the job was done correctly. I do not recommend this company to anybody"
