Hi, my name is Edeline Sinigur. I started this construction business a couple years back but i’m looking to grow and find more opportunities. We’ve done new construction, and remodels all over the place. We also have an on board designer that you will work with throughout the process!

"Ken and his helper were amazing. Ken came out to recommend and quote light fixtures in our unfinished basement, connect a couple of Ring floodlights, and replace the doorbell transformer and install a new Ring doorbell at my residence. Ken's work is clean, fast, and reasonably priced! I would absolutely hire him again!"

"Greg installed under-cabinet lighting in our country kitchen. We are delighted with the results. The under-cabinet lights are controlled independently from the recessed ceiling lights by a dimmer switch. No wiring is visible. Greg arrived at the scheduled time and was professional and courteous throughout the job. Greg will be our first choice for all of our future electrical projects."

"I was impressed with Oliver's knowledge os work His work speaks for itself. I was pleased with his painting on the walls in my basement. He was very precise where he hung the pool table light on the ceiling even when the pool table was not in yet. He works with very goog professionals when he needs them. He' very conscientious in the work he does. I would definitely use him again."

"We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.

Lighting questions, answered by experts

Testing tools, such as Christmas light testers, non-contact proximity electrical testers, and multimeters, all simplify the process of testing Christmas lights. However, without one or more of those tools, testing Christmas lights the old-fashioned way only works sometimes. Without testing tools, the simplest testing method is visual inspection, which may or may not yield positive results.

The cost to repair outdoor lighting typically ranges from $100 to $400. The final price depends on the severity of the damage, the specific issue, the type of lighting system, and the parts needed. Some repairs are priced per fixture, averaging $100 to $300, and there may be additional fees if the lighting is difficult to access.

DIY is possible for minor issues like bulb replacement. Professional services ensure proper wiring and functionality.

If you’ve gone through the troubleshooting checklist for your motion detector flood light and it’s still not working, it’s time to consider a new one. Older models that need frequent fixes can be unreliable. Newer flood lights feature advanced technology that improves your lights’ sensitivity and overall performance. If you’re fed up with unexpected darkness, investing in a new light can give you the lighting you need to feel secure.

No, you should not leave LED Christmas lights up all year. While the LED lights themselves are very durable, their wiring and casings can be as vulnerable as any Christmas lights. They’re subject to drying out, experiencing cold or sun damage that causes them to crack, and even damage caused by gnawing pests. (The same is true of incandescents.) If you want your lights to last the years that they’re rated for, bring them inside after Christmas is over.
