Turns out that the linings in both chimneys were cracked and deteriorated badly, including the flue to the furnace. These were replaced and the fireplace interiors were sealed. The Top Notch people are excellent, explained everything carefully and a real pleasure to deal with. The quality of the work couldnâ t be better at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them."
