My reasons for lower total and a "maybe" for recommending them is a lot of water was on my hardwood floors and not enough attention given to cleaning it all up-leaving stains on the wood that I finally had to hire someone to help with the floors. If I had carpets cleaned or wall to wall carpets maybe it would have been different. So if you have hardwood floors, maybe I'd pass on this company"
