"It was time for a new mailbox and I went with this company after reading all the A+ reviews on here. I placed the order online and used the discount coupon from Angie's List. Diane called me back right away to confirm the order, she is super nice and was great in keeping me updated every step of the way from the shipping to installation date. You've Got Mail makes it very easy in that you can order the mailbox directly through them, and have the new one delivered by installer. On the day of installation, the installer arrived right on time, and the entire process was just about 90 min from removing the old mailbox to installing the new one. I made the decision to move my mailbox location to the other side of my driveway so that it would be easier coming home and getting the mail without getting out of my car. The installer followed my wishes without any complaints. At the end of the install he used a level against all the sides of the mailbox to make sure everything was straight and perfect. I have already received many compliments from neighbors and friends on the new one. So happy! I would not hesitate in recommending this company to friends and family."
