"I had a complex electrical fault after a loss of power for 16 hours from tree fall on electrical lines. Half the house was in the dark. Michael the electrician and owner asked questions and was evaluating how complex the problem ended up being. I was flabergasted the resolution getting the lights on and fixing a wall socket that was faulty from a former loss of power the previous7 years. Smart guy! This was a very complex issue and explanation of what transpired. Very professional and quick as well."

"This was a second visit from Troy.  He followed up on the installation of an attic exhaust  fan which we had discussed before. I had purchased the wrong size fan originally.  He followed up by purchasing and installing the correct fan and even took the old fan back and got me credit for it.  He also purchased and installed a thermostat for it.  He had to do some carpentry to make it fit, but was quick and professional.  He also made some repairs on our cement patio which had pulled away from the house and was allowing water to come into the basement..  He leaves the area clean, works quickly, is professional and friendly.  I'm very comfortable with him and will definitely have him come back to make more repairs around the house.  It's a real comfort to work with someone I have faith in."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
