I think my Kirby does a better job, but since it wasn't my house and the owners were happy I guess service was ok. It looks like the company works with their privat cars. When they came, they came with a Old Truck and unloaded a carpet cleaning maschine which you can rent yourself. I don't know why, but I expected a company truck with name on their truck and the carpet cleaning machine connected to the truck with a long tub coming out of the truck which suck in the dirty water. So, maybe me expectation was too high. Guys were friendly.
