"William and his team went above and beyond for us. We hired him to assemble and install a metal pergola before Memorial Day Weekend. The freight company called to tell me that they couldn't deliver in time for the holiday. I asked William if he would be willing to pick it up for us. Not an easy task on a Friday before the holiday and it was a 400lb piece of equipment. He agreed to pick it up and brought it to us on Saturday morning and a few hours later our pergola was installed and ready for our time with family in our backyard.
