We then contacted Adam at AM9. He came out the next day, gave us a bid and fortuitously was able to start the project a couple days later and completed the project in two days (i.e., a tear-out and replacement of the wall and re-install tile). The finished project is beautiful and Adam was very professional (both in workmanship and demeanor) and easy to work with."

"The tile we had installed was done poorly. The boxes said it was not directional tile, but ANYBODY could see that it was after laying it. Especially a so-called professional. So, the "pattern" is all messed up. The carpet was ok, but the installers stayed WAY TOO LATE. They didn't finish until after 9 p.m. They should have come back to finish the next day."
