"All Service Moving was exceptional. Great customer service - easy to schedule and flexible. Royce & Frost did an AMAZING job moving all of our very heavy and fragile belongings. They handled all of our requests and items with care and worked both efficiently and quickly. They were super friendly and very customer service oriented. I can't thank them enough for the GREAT job they did. I highly recommend All Service Moving for anything moving and/or storage related. And DEFINITELY request Royce & Frost to handle your job. Thank You!"
"Movemasters handled a relatively small move for me across Denver. Everyone I interacted with was extremely responsive, efficient, and polite. When it came time for the actual move, the movers were on time, fast, and conscientious about not damaging the furniture or the doors/walls/floors as they disassembled and moved the furniture. When they unloaded at the destination, they pointed out that one item (the leaf for my dining table) had been chipped and offered to have it fixed. (I declined, because it was on the underside of the leaf and I knew it could easily be fixed with some wood glue.) The fact that they pointed it out, when it would have been months before I noticed (if ever) speaks volumes about their integrity and professionalism!"
"The move went extremely well. Ian's company and crew were extremely professional. It was the most professional crew I've used to move my smoker. I give them an A+++ rating!"
"Steven Zubia and his crew crushed our move out and move in, and drop off at a storage unit. The guys were courteous and efficient. Highly recommend for your moving needs!"
"Great moving company! Everything was fast, smooth, and professional. Friendly team handled items with care. Highly recommend Perfectly Fast Moving for a stress-free move!"
"I called United Prime Van Lines only 1 week before my move - they were extremely helpful and accommodating. On the day of the move we hit a snag, as there was someone else moving on my floor at the same time and we only had 1 elevator. They made the most of it and we moved a lot of stuff down 4 flights of stairs in a timely manner. Trustworthy and competent!"

To treat office moving costs as capital expenses, which means recording them as assets, they must meet certain rules: they need to be essential for the business to keep running, directly related to the move, reasonable, and documented properly with invoices and contracts. These costs can include packing, transportation, and setting up the new office. Once these expenses are capitalized, they're treated like assets on the books and gradually accounted for over time through depreciation or amortization.
To prepare for moving a piano, start by documenting its current condition with photos in case of any damage during the move. Secure the piano's lid and wrap the instrument, including its keys and pedals, with bubble wrap and moving blankets for protection. Note that if you have hired professional piano movers, they may handle this step for you.
Next, prepare the space. Measure any tight spaces or doorways to ensure the piano will fit through. Clear a wide path from the piano's location to the exterior door, removing any furniture or obstacles. It is also helpful to prop open doors to make the exit easier.
On moving day, ensure the moving truck can park as close to the exit as possible. For safety, keep children and pets away from the moving area to prevent accidents or distractions.
If you’re using a moving company, the best move in date typically occurs on a weekday in the middle of the month between September and April. Mid-month moves on weekdays are less popular and therefore less costly, and the weather will usually be less severe in the fall or spring. However, if staying on budget is your priority, a mid-month move on a weekday in the winter is your best bet at finding the best deal.
Gym equipment can be heavy, so it’s best to transport it using a furniture dolly. When dealing with treadmills, weight machines, or other bulky items, hiring professional movers or roping in some friends and renting a moving van makes sense.
It’s important to never lay a flat-screen TV on its side when moving. Weight can damage the fragile screen, and falling objects are a risk. Always place your TV upright between other large flat objects so it isn’t crushed when the load shifts on a turn. Use moving blankets to pad the space between the objects.
