From start to finish, they were clear, concise, efficient and went out of there way to make this experience as easy as possible. Their marketing strategy is on point with current trends. From dealing with the insurance company and HOA forms, to literally walking around the house multiple times to pick up any debris or nails, they are certainly on top of their game. They identified out-dated and underlying issues from the previous installation, then communicated to me that they would bring everything up to code. Their pricing guarantee is outstanding guaranteeing that I will only have to pay my insurance deductible. Anything above that, they cover. Wow! Extra effort example: The project manager on site cleared a path of shingle debris and nails, so I could take my dogs outside, throughout the day. I can’t say how impressed I was with Masterpiece. They replaced my roof last summer and it still looks brand new! My roof needed replacing, and as usual, my insurance denied payment for my roof. Thank goodness Rex and his team were amazing advocates for me against my insurance company. Not only did my roof get replaced, I got new gutters, siding, painting and a few new screens. I only had to pay my deductible. I’m about ready to put my house on the market within the next year and had I not had my roof replaced, I’d be paying around $35,000 out of pocket for a new roof. I can’t thank Masterpiece Roofing enough!!!

Jason inspected the damage, made recommendations and provided an estimate to replace the damaged guards. We decided to have them replace the existing gutters and install fascia and soffit covers as well. Jason provided a revised estimate that was very reasonable. He scheduled the work at a time that was convenient and worked around our travel schedule. David conducted the work. His attention to detail and quality workmanship was second to none.
