Larger plumbing companies declined the repair because of the chance of damaging the counter top. Marc found a replacement sink and did a great repair. He was also reasonably priced. Will definitely call him first for next plumbing job.

Mark did a phenomenal job troubleshooting my issue and helping me decide whether to repair my water heater or buy a new one. I had had a tech from a big company come out earlier to look at the water heater, he re lit the pilot light but wouldn't show me how to relate it myself... he said he would show me when I bought a new one. That didn't sound right to me so I pursued business with 2nd Gen. Mark is thorough and observant, case in point, he noticed right away that the opening between my door and the furnace was going to be tight getting the old water heater out and a new 1 in. My furnace had been put in new after the water heater and attention wasn't paid to the space that was left. Mark did a lot of research to find a new water heater that would fit through that gap and he removed some door trim and some components on the heater to get the old 1 out and get the new 1 in. Everything got put back together in perfect order and he did a phenomenally thorough job. I can't recommend 2nd Gen and Mark enough!

My experience was excellent. I had a toilet leaking all over the floor. It was mid afternoon when I went on Angi to find a plumber. Literally within 5 minutes I got a call from Marc with 2nd Gen Plumbing. I explained my issue and he said he'd fix it for me that evening. Marc then very patiently gave me several options. Once I told him what I wanted, he said he'd be here as soon as he was finished with his other commitments. Marc went out of his way to find a toilet in the color I wanted and true to his word he came here later that evening dismantled the old toilet and installed a new one for me. Marc was a pure pleasure to work with. He is honest, reliable and charges a very fair price for his work. I'm extremely grateful to have found him. If you need a plumber I highly recommend Marc. Hired Marc for a garbage disposal replacement and again to locate and replace parts for leaking pipes. Garbage disposal now works and no more leaking pipes!
