Customers say: Quality work

"I called David to give me an estimate on my sliding glass patio door. It was old and worn out, and one of the glass panes was broken. He came over that day and gave me an estimate, which was very fair. I hired him to do the work. When the door came in he had it installed within four hours. The quality of the work was excellent. Very friendly and professional, the area was clean. I will hire him again. I highly recommend David and his crew."

"Had a garage driveway issue wherein several of the concrete slabs had dropped below adjacent slabs. I had the team provide an explanation of the issue, create a quote, schedule an install, and communicate arrival times as promised. The installation crew of Mike, Tyler, and Nick completed the project as requested, quickly and efficiently, as well with a great pleasant attitude. I highly recommend . Rich"

"I want to thank Jacob Tryon for selling me my Provia windows and sliding glass door. I want to thank the crew that installed them: Lorenzo, Ernesto, Pablo, Jonathan and Edgar. The crew removed and replaced 9 windows and a sliding glass door in 1 day! I also want to thank the 2 gentlemen that came and replaced the stucco, painting and replacing of my bars on my home. All the way through the whole process I was pleased with the professionalism. Everyone answered all my questions along the way. My Provia windows have more features then I knew. I absolutly LOVE them! I would recommend Flawless Solutions to anyone. I have already talked to some of my neighbors that asked about my new windows and my family."

"The salesperson was very knowledgeable and polite. She gets a 5+ star rating. The windows are amazing but WELL overpriced for my budget and for this house. The house is valued at $900k and the price for the replacement windows (18) was $108k. No thank you."

"We need all our interior doors replaced and painted. They did an amazing job. They fit all the doors to our frames which were not completely straight due to settling of the house (age of house). They completed the job in a timely manner and very thorough. Will be working with them again on other jobs."

Glaziers questions, answered by experts

This can be a matter of personal preference, but a good rule of thumb is to center your bathroom mirror over the sink’s faucet. In some cases, if the sink is off-center in the vanity or  you have multiple sinks in the same vanity, you may find it more aesthetically pleasing to center the mirror over the vanity.

Broken glass cannot usually be recycled. Most recycling programs state that glass must be intact in the form of bottles or jars in order to be recycled. You may be able to recycle broken glass at a drop-off recycling facility—contact the facility to see if they accept broken glass.

The best way to transport wine glasses is to pack them upright in a divided, padded box designed specifically for stemware. First, wrap each glass individually with bubble wrap or packing paper, ensuring both the bowl and the delicate stem are cushioned. If you don't have a divided box, you can still pack them safely. After wrapping each glass and securing the material with tape, place them upright in a sturdy box. Layer soft items like dish towels, crumpled paper, or clothing between the glasses to prevent them from touching. Fill any remaining gaps with additional padding to keep the glasses snug and prevent shifting. Finally, clearly label the box as “FRAGILE GLASSWARE” or “FRAGILE–HANDLE WITH CARE” to ensure careful handling.

Heavy glass tends to be more expensive than thin glass because it is stronger and more durable. In most cases, ¼-inch-thick glass is ideal for mirrors, and ⅛-inch-thick glass is ideal for residential windows. Heavier glass isn’t always necessary, and can be more challenging to hang or install. Work with a local window installation pro for replacement or new construction windows.

For small, non-pressure-related cracks, you can fix them using two-part epoxy. This spares you the cost and hassle of replacing the glass. Simply clean the surface and remove any debris or dirt, wait for the glass to dry, then spread an even layer of mixed epoxy solution over the crack. You can use a putty knife or rubber spatula to push the epoxy into the crack.
