"Franco is very thorough and knowledgeable. He took photos of the inside of the chimney and showed me exactly what the condition of the mortar and flue liner were. The flue liner was in good shape but the mortar below was cracking and chunks were coming off. He was able to repair this damage with new mortar. I also had him clean out the aluminum roof vent for my garage furnace which had a birds nest inside. He added chicken wire around the vent cap to prevent future bird nesting. Franco and his assistant Kevin were meticulous in their clean up afterward. Francoâ s pricing is fair and competitive. I will use Franco again in the future."

"I HAVE NEVER HAD TO HAVE SOMEONE CLEAN MY HOME BEFORE, AND WAS QUIT ASHAMED TO HAVE ANYONE SEE ALL THE TERRIBLE CLUTTER, AND I ADMIT IT WAS VERY BAD BECAUSE I AM ELDERLY, AND I SUFFER FROM DEGENERITIVE DISK DISEASE AND GET STAY IN LEVEL 10 PAIN THAT NOTHING WORKS VERY WELL FOR, AND I HAVE TO STAY IN BED %80 OF THE TIME, AND GET UP JUST LONG ENOUGH TO EAT SOMETHING THATS FAST AND EASY, SO I KEPT GETTING HOUSE DIRTY AND COULDNT GET WELL ENOUGH TO CLEAN IT AND IT WAS DRIVING ME CRAZY! I TOLD HER IT WAS MUCH EASIER FOR ME TO EXPLAIN THE PLAN OF ATTACK, BECAUSE IT WAS SUCH A DISASTER! SO ANYWAY, I BEGAN RATTLING THINGS OFF, AND THEY BOTH LISTENED INTENTLY, AND MY WORD, I DONT KNOW HOW THEY COULD REMEMBER EVERYTHING I WAS DRILLING OUT LIKE AN ARMY SARGENT PREPARING FOR BATTLE. SOME THINGS I COULD EASILY HANDLE MYSELF, SO I TOLD THEM DO THIS, DONT DO THAT OVER AND OVER, AND HOW THEY GOT ALL THAT POOR THINGS, I WILL NEVER KNOW, BUT THEY DID THANK GOD, HE ALWAYS SENDS ME THE BEST HE HAS OF ANYTHING, SO I THANK HIM FOR DELFIE AND KIM!!! I WAS SO SUPRISED, BECAUSE THEY MADE ME FEEL SO VERY COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED, AND WERE SO EASY TO TALK TO, THAT IT SEEMED I HAD FAMILY HERE! THEY DID A PERFECT JOB, SO I DECIDED I COULD CUT CORNERS A BIT AND PAID THEM QUITE A LOT EXTRA! THE REALLY NEAT THING IS, I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO GO NEXT DOOR TO TAKE MONEY AT ATM, AND KIM SAW I WAS GOING WITH A WALKER AND CARRYING MY SMALL BATTERY OXYGEN, AND JUMPED IN REALLY QUICK SAYING, I CAN GO WITH U IF U WANT, I SAID WOW! OK! THATS GREAT BEAUSE, ITS HARD TO GET THIS THING DOWN THE STEPS, AND HARD FOR ME TO OPEN THE DOOR AT THE STORE, AND SHE EVEN CARRIED MY MACHINE! I THOUGHT THEY DIDNT MAKE TEENS LIKTHAT ANYMORE!
