"We had a 35 year old solarium in great need of repair. The project was complex and difficult, but Wayne had the skills and expertise to replace six large windows and rebuild the solarium. It was a challenging project, and Wayne did an exceptional job. Our "new" solarium adds greatly to the value of our house. Wayne knows windows and doors and he gets five stars from us! Mary Ross"

"They replaced 3 windows for me. In fact, I took a hand-full of their cards so I can recommend them actively! They did a wonderful job, and they are the best! He came right out, did the estimate on a weekend."

"I want to thank Flawless Results for my wonderful windows there everything I dreamed of. They are professional and answered all my questions from start to finish, Ashley referred me to the company and Bob Murphy owner helped me purchase my Andersen windows."

"I can t say enough good about this couple that owns 3G. First of all, they extended their day in order to meet my emergency deadline and came the very day I went on porch.com to see if I could find someone to fix my tenant s window or replace it. This fellow could have given up at any point and I would ve believed that I needed a brand new window, but instead he undid all the casement mechanism and figured out what was wrong and I no longer had to fork out a lot of money for a replacement window . I would not hesitate to recommend them."

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

"The install crew that did my siding and Windows were very nice and pleasant to be around. They kept up with the mess so my house felt clean when they left for the day. My house looks wonderful and I love my Windows. I will definitely use Freedom Construction again."
