They said they would always leave a note but they did not. They did not come when it would have been appropriate. Their salesmen were impossible. They cannot expect people to stay with them if their salesmen are going to be rude.

   I had to call serval times to get the services performed.  When the services were done an almost readalbe note was left on our door.  Services were done at their time often we were not even told any time in advance as had been promised.  Some of the ordered services were even noted as having been FREE or INCLUDED  even after I had ordered and paid for them.  WE DID NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN THE NEXT YEAR.   We change to a true local service company who did a great job--WD Yards.  I must say on their behalf that my daughter in WI used the same service company and reported to me that she LOVE the company.

We were signed up with them for a year contract. I just canceled them because they kept killing my flowers. The last three visits they killed flowers. This last visit they killed my pumpkins. I called them before they came out and told them to stay five feet from all of my vegetation. This weekend I  met him here and showed him what not to spray. Sure enough the next morning my pumpkins were dead. So I called and canceled their service.

When I talked to both the person on the phone to set up my appointment, and the man who actually showed up to do the service, I told them that I had a vegetable garden and wanted to make sure they would avoid the area.  The man on the phone told me that there would be no problem, that TruGreen NEVER sprays gardens or bushes.  When the actual service man showed up,  I showed him where my garden was and he acknowledged this fact.  I stood at the window  watching him spray my trees, and then he sprayed my garden.  I am one to never use pesticides on in my garden and am sick over the fact that he didn't even seem to care.  He also didn't treat the roots of ANY of my trees.   I am very disappointed, and have already called TruGreen and cancelled anymore tree service from them.  Their yard specialists are amazing, though!  I will continue to have them come and care for my lawn.  Their organic fertilizer is amazing!!

They did a wonderful job, they really did. We just started using them but I understand that they come out five times a year. We take pride in our yard and we have seen some questionable lawn workers in the past.

They called and said that they would be over the next day.  I did not know they were there until I saw a man spraying my back yard.  They did the job quickly and did a very good job - the lawn looks good no weeds and the cost was reasonable.
