"The whole process was easy. They were the lowest bid- even without the Angie's List deal. However- with the deal I got a phenomenal price. I don't currently live in town, so the only difficult part was managing from across the country- but they made the process easy. It took them 2 days. There were minor issues such as a bent leg on the swamp cooler and the vent hood in the kitchen got banged loose- but they were swift to fix the problems when we mentioned them. Billing was easy, and the office staff were a pleasure to work with - very professional and communicative. I will use them again when I save up enough money to do the garage."

"Joe came out to do a bid on pressure washing, staining and painting our home outside of Woodland Park. He gave us an honest and fair bid using Messmer’s Exterior oil based stain. David and his crew came up 2 weeks later and did an amazing job of pressure washing the house and repairing holes/cracks on siding & trim boards. A few days later they were back masking the windows and started staining. Total of 3 days to do staining and painting trim and garage door. They cleaned up all masking materials and our home looks amazing!"

"I was able to get an appointment at my convenience, and James arrived right on time.  He explained to me what the problem was and stated it might take a day or two to get the part.  He also explained the part would be quite expensive because the replacement had been retooled with metal instead of plastic.  He also showed me that I could use the dishwasher without that part being replaced.  I chose to replace the part.  A short time later, he called to tell me he had found the part locally and could come by the house again right then to replace it.  I liked his honesty and the extra effort he made to get the part and replace it in the same day.
