"I ran out of time on a 20 x 20 foot room renovation. I had purchased, stained and painted baseboard molding and crown moulding for the room which has a vaulted ceiling from 7' to 14'. My work schedule and the delivery and installation schedule for carpet forced me to call handyman connection because no one else could fit the job in on my timeline due to the upcoming holiday. I wanted it done before the carpet install. Handyman connection responded quickly. They explained the cost structure and used a CC over the phone. The worker was prompt. The quality of the work was very good. He was professional and courteous. He needed a second worker to complete the vaulted ceiling crown molding. They did a very good job. The cost was on the high side, but my research tells me that it was not unreasonable compared to norms. I would use them again under similar circumstances when I cannot wait for my usual, busy general contractor with whom I have built a mutually trusting relationship.

"Overbuilt, L.L.C. provided a great product, delivering what was agreed to per the specifications, taking an unfinished large space, installing R60 insulation in the attic, R24 in the walls, upgrading the lighting, and electrical, building a second floor with a handicap ramp, and power lift (elevator). They also upgraded the large commercial doors, moved windows, installed Gladiator GearWall and GearTracks, and reconfigured a stairwell. It was a fantastic job."
