Action provides lawn irrigation and repair for Denver and South Area clients. Although we specialize in sticking zones, cracked brass and copper, valve box repairs, we are an authorized and recommended dealer/service team for Nelson automatic waterers., we are equipped to handle any brand or system need to get your lawn sprinklers functioning well for you. We also provide landscape lighting for home security and beauty. For livestock owners

Everything went well from scheduling to completion of the work. I called the office to schedule and was given a choice of days. The office called the day before with a service window. The technicians arrived at the early part of the service window and completed the work quickly and without issue. I have used Action Sprinklers for 5 years now and I have been very pleased with their work including fall blowouts, spring start ups, broken pipe repair, and locating and repairing broken lines. They are dependable and trustworthy. I also like the fact they do the work you ask for and don't try to upsell the job.

Everything went well from scheduling to completion of work. When I called the office they put me on the schedule and called the night before they called with a service window. They showed up within the window, and were able to complete the work quickly and professionally. I think this is my 5th year using Action Sprinkler and they are very reliable and trustworthy. When it comes to sprinkler blowouts I like the fact they provide the service you asked for and don't try to add additional services.

The issue with the zone stuck open was quickly identified and resolved. The sprinkler heads were adjusted and the technician replace one that wasn't operating properly. Would definitely use again for sprinkler repair!

I had one of their coupons so I was a little stunned it still cost me an addition $50+ to have then snip it and re-connect. Spending well over $80 for a 10 min fix didn't make me happy.

The service went great. The guys were super nice and prompt. They worked their way through each zone and were very thorough. They fixed the things we asked them to fix for a minimal extra fee. And, what I think is the greatest part, they called us in the spring to remind us that the service we had purchased through Angie's List included the spring start-up for free! I will use them again.

The serviceman from Action arrived when he said he would and quickly turned on our irrigation system for the summer. He noted a leak in a pipe but didn't have the part he needed to repair it, so he deactivated that zone and instructed to me to call to set up a time for him to return. That was fine, but when I called later that day to schedule the return appointment, the earliest date for him to return was 4 weeks out; that struck me as too long a wait to follow-up for a part they didn't have on their truck, thus the lower "responsiveness" grade. Anyway, he returned on the scheduled date and quickly fixed the leaking pipe, as well as another leaking valve that he hadn't noticed when he came the first time but the afternoon after his first visit (so, a slight ding to the "quality" grade for missing that). The price was quite reasonable when using the Angie's List coupon, and the serviceman was professional.

Dan Figueira stepped up to the plate to reinstall 3 Nelson Horse Waterers that had previously been incompetently installed. He and his crew travelled 160 miles, round trip, to my home to provide this service, even though we were WAY out of his service area. Action Sprinkler is one of the few plumbers in the area who are trained and qualified to install these very tricky-to-install appliances, and he and his crew did it promptly, cheerfully and competently. I would highly recommend this company.

Action Sprinkler was great! They got me on the schedule quickly, two guys came out the next day, and our 5-zone system was blown out in about 20 minutes. Fast and efficient and very friendly. I will definitely call them again!

It went pretty well. They were pretty efficient and straightforward. It was a big deal purchase. I thought I spent another $80 on top of the $60 to fix that. They came out. The first time they were late for a little bit and it was getting dark. They came by, I think the weather was not good and it was raining. I had to schedule it the next day for them to come out again.

Brian was able to work around my schedule even though it would have been more convenient for him to do it at a different time. I very much appreciated his flexibility as I needed the services provided around the closing of my new house. He took extra time to explain for
me how the system worked and how I needed to care for it over the winter. I appreciated his kindness and patience with me as I felt I really needed to understand how everything worked as it was all new to me. I felt his price was very fair and I will definitely be calling him again in the spring to get the system going for the new season.

They were able to quickly troubleshoot the issue with our system, which was an incorrectly installed irrigation pipe from the builder that had deteriorated over time. It only took them 45 minutes to fix the issue and the lawn is starting to regain its green color.

The company called the day before service was scheduled to confirm appointment and establish a service window for the next day which was set at between 9am and 12pm. Arrived at 9:30, 30 minutes after beginning of service window. Was very courteous and friendly. Sized up the situation and offered several alternatives to fix the problem. One valve on a sprinkler manifold was stuck open. Offered to repair existing valve, replace existing valve or replace manifold. I opted for the more comprehensive solution because the system is 20 years old and it was probably time. The job was completed in record time. I could not believe how fast, courteous and efficient this technician was. This company was a total pleasure to deal with, both in person and on the telephone.

We had a small issue with a couple sprinkler heads that I had tried to realign. I called Action Sprinkler for an appointment. Action had installed this system several years ago. This time of year is extremely busy for Action Sprinkler but we were scheduled in a timely manner. Dan Figueria arrived and, along with his assistant, repaired the couple heads and did a complete inspection of the remaining heads. They made some adjustments and now our system is "new" again. Dan is a professional in every way. I would recommend Action Sprinkler (and have) to anyone.

When we tried to use the sprinkler system, it simply didn't work. I called Action Sprinkler Service and they came out the next day. They worked on it for several hours, and left it working quite well. I wasn't there during their visit, but was quite happy with their work.

"We are dismayed to see such a scathing review from this very high-maintenance customer, as we always strive for the highest level of service and integrity. We just cannot make this customer happy. There are pages and pages of notes with her praises and complaints. The regulator she is complaining about actually was PRAISED on 4/6/13 because she watered 3 times a week last year and never broke into tier 2 pricing, it “saved her a lot of money”. Colorado has had the strangest spring in many years. We had hundreds of customers rush to turn on systems in anticipation of water restrictions and stage 2 drought. Then April arrived with 3 snowstorms in a row. We have been repairing many of those customer issues at the client’s cost. As she mentioned, the technician advised her to wrap the equipment. In fact, Dan, the owner and his assistant offered on that day to wrap the equipment for her at no charge and she declined. We have placed her in the “do not serve” category because of our inability to please her. To date, we have only been paid a service call fee for the first visit and we expect we’ll have great difficulty collecting her balance of over $200 due to her caustic demeanor.
