"Fireplace Solutions sent two employees to service my electric fireplace on 11/4/25 . Reason, My electric fireplace kept clicking off. They arrived on time. Very nice and professional. They were at my home for a little over an hour. Service order states cleaned and serviced. Check list stated everything in working order. Paid $350.00. Few days after visit, fireplace started clicking off again. I called company. I was told by one of their senior employees , who had never even seen my fireplace, that I was going to need whole new insert which was going to cost over a thousand dollars or maybe even a new fireplace which would cause several thousand dollars. I was very upset that this was never told to me by the gentlemen who serviced my unit. I was told the employees are fairly new. (??). As if that is an excuse. I asked for my money back. Was told no because it was ? a service call?. Even though the ?service? was not provided. Fireplace not fixed. "

He did all the finish work and cleaned up very well. The room was ready for me to run a vacuum and put it back together. I would definitely recommend him for painting work and wallpaper removal. He was also very reasonable in his pricing. He was a hard worker. I would use him again. "
