Prestige BBQ & Oven Cleaning

Great job. Grill looks almost new again. They were scheduling several weeks out when I called, but it was worth the wait.

Fantastic, cleaning was excellent and they repaired a couple of minor items free of charge. Total charge came in under their estimate.

We did have one minor issue after our 1st appointment and they came back out and corrected the issue immediately (customer service after the sale speaks volumes about the company). Great customer service, quick response and a very professional staff. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Before he arrived, the grill was a greasy mess and 2 hours later it was clean and sparkling. It was well worth the cost, and we plan to call on Mike again in the future, not only for our gas grill but for oven cleaning too. Mike arrived on time and was very courteous and professional.

Mike is great! I left a message when I initially called to inquire about his services. I received a call back with 10 minutes! He was so nice on the phone and explained his process of cleaning my grill and oven. I was thrilled that he would clean my oven without having to use the conventional self cleaning smoke filled house option. Mike came out to my house, which was out of the range of his usual territory, and was here on time. He was well prepared and professional. He started with my grill and cleaned it so well it looked new again. Then, he cleaned my grimy oven that had years of roasts and turkey splatter all over. My oven was also impressively cleaned and when he finished it looked like I never used it. It looked new! What I liked most about Mike and the service he provides is that he does not use harsh toxic chemicals. That was important to me as the surface of my grill is in direct contact with my food and I don't like a chemical burger. The same nontoxic safe cleaners were used on my oven. Mike was relaxed and very personable. As he worked, we chatted a little and he really is a great trust worthy guy. I highly recommend his service and Mike is now my permanent grill and oven cleaner.

A cleaning service employee used a scratchy pad on our new stainless steel refrigerator and scratched the front door. Kudo's to the service for hiring Mike to repair the damage. The price was negotiated and the service date was coordinated by the cleaning service. Mike arrived on time and assessed the damage. He was very professional - we discussed what he was going to do. He made the front of the refrigerator sparkle - scratches were removed!
