We were having some trouble with Nessie hair on the rugs and she went ahead and bought a rake for the carpet and a better vacuum to help with this issue! She is almost always prompt to arrive or will communicate if she's able to come a bit early or running a tad late. The professionalism, attention to detail, and overall skills of Lulu is above my expectations of a usual cleaning company.
