He didn’t do any unnecessary testing to help with price and explained his rationale for doing everything. We ended up needing remediation and he recommended a contractor and they communicated frequently throughout the job to coordinate follow up testing. Being unfamiliar with this type of work, dealing with mold, and expecting a baby in January, it could have been a very stressful process but I haven’t felt anxious or worried at all.
