We inform people that whomever they choose to repair their property, they should REQUIRE the contractor to be hired names them "Additionally Insured" on their (the contractor's) liability policy for their own protection. I am also a licensed asbestos abatement contractor, and a certified mold remediation contractor - although we do NOT work in these industries.
