I was so impressed with Summit mitigation & Restoration Inc. when I called them. They were at my house within a half hour as my entire basement was underwater and they were done in two weeks completely and had my house back together again thank you to Olen, Oleg and Nick for all the hard work you did and the support you gave me and you took all the worry away From what was going on?

Great experience with Summit Mitigation. Our basement flooded due to a sump pump failure and excessive rain. Numerous other people in our neighborhood had the same issue. We were so lucky to get hooked up with Summit Mitigation and Oleg. He showed up and saved the day. In addition, He got us hooked up with a plumbing service right away, to replace our sump pump and was all over the water mitigation. He and his team were terrific. It is very stressful and anxiety provoking watching your basement flood. So when Oleg and his team came in and took charge, it gave me a huge sense of relief. In addition, I got the impression right away that he genuinely cared And we were in good hands. They were incredibly efficient and thorough. I canâ t tell you how happy we were with this experience. And despite the demand and urgency of their services, the pricing was very reasonable. I spoke to several of my neighbors, who had a similar flooding problem and they were not as fortunate with the water, mitigation company they got stuck with. In short, Oleg and Summit Mitigation are great at what they do but more importantly, kind, caring, and sincerely, motivated to help in time of need! I donâ t normally do these reviews, but Summit Mitigation was exceptional and I recommend them highly!

Oleg was very professional, informative and helpful in explaining the entire process. He was prompt to arrive and very courteous. When he finished he showed me pictures and explained the next steps. The pricing was fair for service received. I would recommend Summit Mitigation to other homeowners.

Summit did a great job for us on short notice. We were selling a house and the inspection found some mold in the attic and Summit was able to come in and get it cleaned up and treated quickly so we didn’t have to delay our closing.

Summit has been a lifesaver to work with when we unfortunately experienced water damage on multiple unrelated occasions at different properties, including our primary home. They were fast, responsive, and clear about the cost and the steps for remediation. We have been amazed at how quickly they take control of an unfortunate situation and turn it around! Oleg is personable and reliable and we have enjoyed working with him, even though the circumstances of dealing with unexpected damage are stressful. I would highly recommend Summit for any damage cleanup and remediation/repair.
