ASAP's response time was fantastic, which was really a relief after a contractor came out and freaked out my renter, telling him that the A/C had been leaking for years and there was black mold in my basement. Francisco evaluated the leak and told me that it was nowhere near that big a deal and came back the next day to install the fans and HEPA filters and remove the tiny bit of mold that was down there. He not only communicated well with me but also with the other contractors who were looking into the AC repair. I highly recommend calling them. I appreciated his calmness after the situation had been unnecessarily escalated.

We had a leak on our living room ceiling from the bathroom upstairs, and I was concerned that it may have accumulated mold. We had a number of bids. Some were very high. others were doing only the mitigation, without the reconstruction. Others insisted that we have the house checked for asbestos, even though the area that needed work was only 18 sq.feet. Just checking the house for asbestos would cost $500. ASAP told us that we are not required to have the asbestos test for such a small area, and pointed us the the online legal resources that confirmed that. Robert did the job from the beginning to the end, so we didn't have to hire multiple people. Thankfully, there was no mold, and we didn't have to pay for that. Robert and his team took care of it all, including the mitigation, and the reconstruction. They did an EXCELLENT job, were a pleasure to work with, and even when we were stressed by having our house disrupted, there was a reassuring calmness about them that made us feel safe. The price was competitive, compared to others , and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were honest, professional, friendly, calm, and cooperative.
