It had been checked by another firm 6 weeks earlier and found to be operating properly. Fernando checked it and found it needed cleaning maintenance and correction of an exhaust problem. "Hired Eric for just a couple of small jobs around our house. He came at the exact time he told me he would and always got back to me right away when I had questions. Everything was fixed perfectly.
