"Josh was great, very thorough and knew what he was doing. Also provided mounts for the TV and soundbar. Took all of an hour and a half for the work. Plus he cleaned up everything. Josh also was cool to talk to and had great customer service."

"I hired Mark with Anderson Diagnostics on 2 separate occasions. Both were very positive experiences. The first time Mark changed out interior and exterior door hardware, and did drywall/wall texture repair. The second time I hired him to paint the interior of my home as well as change the baseboards in my master bedroom. He does excellent quality work and communicates very well. I also feel like he has integrity. I plan to hire him for future jobs."

"Service was excellent. The price was more than fair and work was completed the same day. Repaired fence and assembled patio furniture. Returning to set up garage shelving. Referred him to my neighbor to refinish her patio. Very satisfied."

Tv Mount Install questions, answered by experts

Yes, many services include wall mounting for TVs or projectors. Confirm with your installer.

Mounting a TV to a brick wall can be safe and secure if done correctly. However, it requires proper installation to ensure the TV is firmly attached and won't pose a risk of falling. Guarantee your television is safely secured by checking the manufacturer's weight limits of your TV mount and wall anchors. Examine the condition and quality of the brick wall to ensure it is capable of sustaining the TV.

In most cases, you should not put a TV on a fireplace mantel. The minimum width required to put a TV safely on a shelf or mantel is 10 inches, but pre-made mantels are usually too shallow, averaging at only seven inches deep. If you do choose to place a TV above a mantel, it should be mounted to the wall. However, do so cautiously as heat radiating from the fireplace could potentially cause damage to electronics.

It’s highly recommended to use studs for a TV mount. The last thing you want is to be watching your favorite show when the TV falls off the wall. Studs are much stronger than drywall and quite a bit stronger than drywall anchors but, if you can’t find the studs or there simply aren’t any where you need them, you can use drywall anchors. It’s extremely important to make sure the anchors are rated for the load of the TV. We recommend using anchors that are rated far beyond the weight of whatever you’re hanging. Our suggestion is metal drywall toggle anchors.

There are a few easy ways to locate a wall stud without a stud finder. First, try knocking on the wall with your knuckles. Most parts of the wall will sound hollow, but when you tap over a stud, it will sound more solid. Alternatively, since studs are spaced 16 or 24 inches apart, you can measure those distances from a corner of the room, which will always have a stud.
