The showers, tile floors and toilets were clean, One bathroom sink still had a layer of dirty build-up left. Laminate floor was still dirty. Nothing was moved for dusting or cleaning. kitchen sink was still dirty.
On one service call, I had my kitchen remodeled and Jim came by to plug off the plumbing so cabinet installers could do their job. Jim didn't bill me at the time. About 2 weeks later afer cabinets and floors were done, he came back reconnected the plumbing and installed the sink. I don't...

"The project started well, but on the final day, the contractors unexpectedly claimed they made a mistake and demanded an additional $8000, threatening legal action if not paid. I verified Colorado law, which states they had six months to place a lien on our property, requiring notification within three days of doing so, and by registered mail after the lien was placed. We took no action, avoiding reviews or contact. They have since blocked us from their website and emails. Ultimately, they never placed a lien, and the six-month period has passed. Now that everything is resolved, I want to leave a review. While I am satisfied with the project's outcome, I am unhappy with their conduct, including the legal threats and the last-minute demand for more money. His wife, not him, conducted the final walkthrough and provided the warranty and a statement confirming full payment. He even verbally admitted to putting our project on the "back burner" when I questioned the delay."
