Excellent! Technician arrived on time. He took time to give an overview of how the process would go. During the process, he explained each step as he was getting ready to preform them. He masked the surrounding areas extremely well. There was a bit of dust from leveling the seams in the icountertop, but it was not bad. The extensive masking and plastic sheeting helped minimize the dust. There is odor with this process which is no surprise. The technician used an exhaust machine and fans. The odor actually dissipated rather quickly, but during the process, it is a bit strong. The job was done in less time than originally estimated. It took about 1 1/2 days. This is due to the drying times required between steps. Before the technician left, we went around and inspected each surface to insure my satisfaction. The counters are good for light use in 24 hours, but you should not set things on them "permanently" for 3 days. The results are stunning. Such a difference! I would like to note that during the planning process, the franchise owner was extremely responsive and several days before the job was to begin, I received a confirmation call from the office. FYI: the cost of service includes travel time and lodging for the technician as we are located 175 miles from the franchise office.

An employee of this company had to come by three times, each time it was a failure due to peeling, uneven areas and just sloppy work.  
Had to listen to a very loud blower for 6-8 hours each time.
The edges of our shower are damaged due to this blower.  
The fourth time the owner came by and redid everything, shower floor finally looks decent but overall we are disappointed in the work.
Would like to send some pictures but I don't see any way to do this!
The plan was to have our kitchen counter done too but now we are going for real granite.

Excellent, on time, professional service.
The tub had a chip in the enamel.  After 6 months, its holding up very well, can't see any degradation.
Planning to use them again shortly on another job.

They were fantastic. They did a very nice job. I liked their promptness, efficiency, and extremely well done job.

My experience with him was good.  It was really inexpensive.  We were happy with him.  He came out to the house and delivered it.  We didn’t have to go anywhere; he made a trip out and picked it up.  He did it in a timely manner and delivered it back to the house.

I hired them after hearing about them on television. I was going to have the countertops replaces, but this job cost less. Robert completed the job himself. He is very professional and does good work. The job turned out great!

I hired them after they were recommended to me another contractor. They finished the job in the time frame projected. I liked the fact that I didn’t have to remodel the bathroom after a tenant ruined the bathtub. The work was good.

Everything turned out well and they were very easy to work with. It has been about three years and it still looks good and it has held up well.

He was always came when he said he would, and was very courteous and professional.  He gave an estimate but I was under no pressure to sign an agreement.  And in spite of all the equipment  and compounds he needed, after he was done there was no trace that he had ever been there, other than having a beautiful new shower area.

Our tub looks newer than new - he's the kind of person that does what he says when he says. He'll come back if something isn't right.  I was pretty impressed. I would give him an "A+". 

There was a huge crack in the bathtub, and that's what needed to be fixed. He said he could fix it and he did. He repaired the bathtub and made it look brand-new.

We also had him recoat the tile around the bathtub and also around the sinks. I didn't have to replace it all, I just had it recoated. We had that done by him a couple of years ago and it's holding up really well, it still looks really good.  He really does quality work.  He is top notch with responsiveness.
