"Woke up today to find an invoice from Denver Gutter Cleaning for services performed on 11/6/25. I did get a text from them at 11:24am that day stating they would arrive within a few minutes to one hour. By 3PM they were still a no show so I called Denver Gutter and Ernie answered. Ernie said his records show they did complete our service this morning. I told him I have pictures of full gutters so then he said maybe they had trouble finding you house. He said he would re-schedule, however, this is the 2nd and possibly 3rd time in the last few years the same thing happened with the same excuses. I said I did not want to re-schedule until someone from management calls me. I did miss a call at 7:36am the next day and another from Jason at 10:40am who said he woudl call right back. No such call and then the invoice for work never done. I do not suspect any foul play just poor management and an out of control company. I have the pictures with dates and times to back up my complaint but unfo"

Whether or not you need to winterize your pressure washer will largely depend on where you’re able to store it. For example, if you have somewhere relatively warm to keep it, you won’t need to fill the water pump with antifreeze because there will be no risk of freezing in the first place. However, emptying the gas chamber and refreshing the oil is good to do beforehand, regardless of what storage conditions are available to you.

If you’ve looked at power washing before and after photos, you might be wondering if this option isn’t the better cleaning solution for a wood fence. In fact, it just might be, especially if you’re struggling with issues like mold or embedded dirt. You should wait until your pavers have completely dried and cured before pressure washing them. Wait at least three to five days, though some sealants may need up to an entire week. Keep the pressure under 1,500 PSI and hold the nozzle at least two feet from the surface. Anything stronger or closer can blast the joint sand loose or wear down the sealant you just applied.
