"Excellent experience from start to finish! The team was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. They did an amazing job cleaning our windows—they're absolutely sparkling, and I didn't realize how much brighter the house would look afterward. They were careful, efficient, and left everything clean when they finished. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality window cleaning and outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be using them again!"

"I contacted First Class Cleaning on a Sunday afternoon with an emergency house cleaning job to recover from a tenant who was evicted and left my house a disaster zone on the way out. Yelena responded immediately and she and Viktor showed up a half hour later. They worked nonstop from about 4:00pm until 4:30AM the next morning, bringing in a third person due to the severity of the situation. They put in 32 labor hours of labor between the three of them to recover my house to an immaculate pristine clean condition. They had to mop the entire floor four times, and cleaned and disinfected every square inch of the place until it was spotless. They threw away over 50 buckets of dirty water cleaning my house. I don't know what other cleaning company would work like this! I suspect very few or none. It was an unbelievable effort, a near miraculous transformation. They have earned my respect and loyalty. I was able to bring new candidate tenants in the next day and they decide to rent the place. I could not have achieved this without First Class Cleaning. I recommend First Class Cleaning without hesitation. They are awesome!"

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You can use a pressure washer to clean a whole host of surfaces. The exterior siding of your house is one of the most popular spots, as well as your driveway, garage floor, patio or deck, and even your outdoor furniture. Just be mindful about the amount of pressure you apply to different materials—concrete can handle a lot more than wood, for example.

The average cost to clean a roof is around $500, but prices can fall between $150 to $1,000 or more. The size and complexity of your roof are the most significant cost factors, as larger roofs and those with various bump-outs and gables will increase your cost. Your roof material will also make a difference. An asphalt roof will require more labor, as your professional will need to be careful not to damage the shingles. A metal roof can stand up to more intense scrubbing and shouldn’t take as long to clean.

It is not advisable to use salt on your roof to prevent or remove ice dams. It’s not only mostly ineffective but can also cause serious damage to your roof itself. Salt can rust metal, damage masonry, pit shingles, and cause runoff that’s damaging to plants and animals.

While DIY cleaning is feasible, it's risky without proper equipment or experience. Hiring professionals ensures safety and effectively avoids damage.

Clean debris, treat for moss, and schedule regular inspections to prevent water damage.
