First Class Cleaning

Victor and his team did an excellent thorough job on our first cleaning. They were very respectful about returning items to their proper place and were meticulous. They arrived on time, were communicative, and professional. We just moved to Westminster and we are happy to have found them.

We were loyal clients for over 2 years. The service was excellent when we first started with the company, but then unfortunately plummeted. Items (eyeglasses, terrarium, door stopper) in the house were broken and we were not notified. When confronted, this was denied. I would have to constantly remind the team to focus on certain areas, but they would neglect to do so. When I was home and our front door was unlocked, they would barge into my home without waiting for me to let them in. The final straw was when they completely forgot to clean an entire room in the house and then lied about it saying they only forgot to clean a door. Then they promised to do a very thorough job the next clean, but cancelled last minute. Victor in particular was very rude and unprofessional. The company had a hard time holding on to its employees and I can understand why. I would not trust them and highly suggest you look elsewhere.

I contacted First Class Cleaning on a Sunday afternoon with an emergency house cleaning job to recover from a tenant who was evicted and left my house a disaster zone on the way out. Yelena responded immediately and she and Viktor showed up a half hour later. They worked nonstop from about 4:00pm until 4:30AM the next morning, bringing in a third person due to the severity of the situation. They put in 32 labor hours of labor between the three of them to recover my house to an immaculate pristine clean condition. They had to mop the entire floor four times, and cleaned and disinfected every square inch of the place until it was spotless. They threw away over 50 buckets of dirty water cleaning my house. I don't know what other cleaning company would work like this! I suspect very few or none. It was an unbelievable effort, a near miraculous transformation. They have earned my respect and loyalty. I was able to bring new candidate tenants in the next day and they decide to rent the place. I could not have achieved this without First Class Cleaning. I recommend First Class Cleaning without hesitation. They are awesome!
