It was clear when we first called the Egress INC office that this company offers superior customer services. The women we spoke with on our initial call to schedule an appointment were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They gave an overview of the bidding process and a gross estimate of the costs. The owner came out to provide a very detailed estimate and provided a potential timeline. Again, clearly knowledgeable and very professional individual.
