He most recently helped patch holes in our drywall and ceiling, He also repaired our attic hatch, replaced the seal at the bottom of our garage door, installed a storm door, and put in a latch to hold our furnace filter in place. The freight company called to tell me that they couldn't deliver in time for the holiday. I asked William if he would be willing to pick it up for us. Not an easy task on a Friday before the holiday and it was a 400lb piece of equipment. He agreed to pick it up and brought it to us on Saturday morning and a few hours later our pergola was installed and ready for our time with family in our backyard. This man did things right, all five pieces of tile removed stayed intact, he was very astute about getting the old minerals off, was very through with the assembly of the faucet (trying to keep it low) and finally he assembled the rest of it so it could be done all at once.
