123 JUST GO TO MAX COMFORT. We hired Specialized to work on a few leaks in our hot tub after moving it. Communication with this company is abysmal. During the 2 months and 15.5 hours of labor it took to fix these small leaks we were consistently put off. They never showed up when they said they...
Called and was able to speak with a plumber about my problem, then was scheduled for the next day. Plumber showed up right on time, was very professional and took care to keep the work area clean. Was very friendly and let me watch and learn. I'm very happy with Allstate.

"I hired Steve as a general contractor. Big mistake. A very simple kitchen remodel that should have taken less than two months as stated in the contract took 11 months. The only thing positive is that Steve admitted when they made mistakes and took ownership. The bad part, there were mistakes with everything that was done and I mean everything. They missed an entire overhang on an 8x4 piece of granite. The work was awful on the first go round every time. If you dont mind your project taking a lot of time it will eventually be done ok with a ton of babysitting. I will never hire them again and recommend avoiding if you want work done in any of a timely manner. He will lie and tell you it will be done and never follows through until days to weeks later."
