"I have used The Wall Rebuilder before. Whereas last time they were very detail-oriented, this time I have to say was less than stellar. First of all I told the two gentleman who came that they could use the bathroom upstairs if they needed to use the facilities, and then pointed out the hose on the side of the house for their purpose for water for the plaster (and it was warm outside). Unfortunately they decided to use the bathroom to obtain and mix the plaster. There was plaster dust and debris everywhere in the bathroom. The business owner, Dan, is very sweet and had told them to cover my floors, however he didn't tell them to cover the bathroom probably because like me he didn't think they would need to! So when I came home the first day the bathroom was an absolute mess, and my bathroom rugs were covered in dust and pieces of plaster. I had to clean absolutely everything in the bathroom. NOT ok. The next day, when they came I just removed everything from the bathroom (and could have done that if they had sufficiently warned me first off). After I arrived at home, I was pleased with the repairs to the walls, but distress to discover that they left splatters of dried plaster ALL OVER my window. Even though they had covered the floors, they were not careful when they removed the covers and there was debris everywhere in my stairway. Needless to say, although the repairs themselves were good, this time they were sloppy and messy. I would use them again but next time would not feel comfortable leaving them by themselves as I think they need more oversight, and I would insist that they clean up better after themselves."

The Wall Rebuilder removed what looked like original or nearly original wallpaper from a hall bath in our 100-year-old home. They did the job without destroying the plaster, then the made any necessary small repairs so we could easily just paint and have a great looking room. They were on time and did a great job. "Rocky did a pretty good job of removing the wallpaper from 3 bathrooms. However, he did leave some paper and glue on the walls so I had to go back and scrape this away as I had a painter coming to finish the walls. He also didn't cover up the mirrors, lighting fixtures or floors, so it took me a very long time to clean this sticky mess up. The light bar fixtures may have to be replaced because the liquid used to remove the paper left etching marks and cannot be removed."
